Our IT support gives your business access to a complete IT department, a proactive and systematic preventative maintenance plan, and the flexibility to control your budget. Typically, this plan will be of the “all-you-can-eat” variety and will include onsite and remote support, maintenance, user training and security.
We’ll keep an eye on your IT systems with proactive monitoring and maintenance. Detecting and resolving many problems before they interrupt your productivity.
We become a true partner and extension of your business, taking the time to understand your goals, then making sure your IT strategy is always aligned with your objectives. Plus, we'll manage outside relationships, like any good IT department would. Acting as the intermediary between you and your technology vendors.
Once a client, you’ll be formally assigned a primary and support engineer, your own team who knows you and your system. This team of familiar faces takes the time to learn about your goals, your vision for your organization, and the way you prefer to use and leverage technology.

Systems must meet minimum baseline requirements. If minimum requirements are not met, a quote will be provided to meet these minimums. Startup costs are equal to 1 month's service fee. No contract obligation or cancellation fees.

Onsite support (1 hr min.), remote support (1/4 hr min.), project services (4 hr min.), After-hours support billed at time and a half current rates. Normal business hours are 8am - 5pm M-F excluding major holidays. Travel time may be billable outside 30 miles of our office in Grand Rapids.
Based on the size and specific needs of your network, we can design a monthly plan that makes sense for both of us. You'll have the luxury of knowing what your monthly IT expenditures will be ahead of time. And, because we’re not nickel-and-diming you on every system tweak or shared bit of advice, you can feel confident that our recommendations are in your best interests. After all, it’s in our best interest to keep your system up and running at optimum efficiency and capacity. Our flat-rate, managed approach to IT support and service pretty much requires it.
Yes. ITsupport360° provides unlimited support for your network (workstations, servers, printers, etc.) with no hidden fees. The only additional cost outside the agreement would be special projects like phone system installs, server upgrades, hardware acquisitions, etc. All the day-to-day support, maintenance and strategic planning is included.
ITsupport360° is intended to cover routine support, maintenance and management of all servers, computers, printers and mobile phones. Any hardware, software or major configuration changes (i.e. upgrading from Windows Server 2012 to Windows Server 2019) would not be included and a separate quote would be provided for your approval.
Nope. No one likes being locked into something they don’t want anymore. You may request alteration or termination of the service at any time.
